Project Overview
A whole new world of adventure has arrived at Durant-Tuuri-Mott Elementary School in Flint, Michigan! The newly renovated playground brings imagination, excitement, and opportunities for active play to life with a custom dragon-themed design inspired by the school's dragon spirit.
The centerpiece is an exciting ramped playground structure that encourages students to explore, climb, play, and discover new adventures. Designed to provide more inclusive play opportunities, the playground creates an inviting space where children of different abilities can participate, build confidence, develop physical skills, and enjoy time together.
More than just a playground, this new outdoor space is a place where friendships grow, imaginations soar, and lasting memories are made. It gives students a welcoming environment to stay active, challenge themselves, connect with classmates, and proudly show their Dragon pride!
